Important Notice

  • After you booked it is a MUST that you cantactct us for the pick up schedule from your hotel. Let us know which hotel you stay and the room no. And aslo some situation might occur during the trip date it may be cancel due to a bad weather condition from the local authority. But we can always re-schedule for another day so it is very important that you call 24 hours before the trip date, NOT in the same day of the trip.
  • Please be informed children must be accompanied by an adult. We do not take any resposibilty for our pick up of being no show up if you did not call us, if you have an international number and cannot call your hotel reception can contact us. Pick up schedule depend on the location of your hotel.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancellation MUST be at least 48 hours in advance of the trip date so we can rebook the empty slot for other customer. It is stricly advise that you will not be refuded if you cancel on the same day of the trip date.
